Edward Trotter Cutler serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director at ENVISIONWORKS, Inc. With a keen eye for photography and a flair for creativity and artistic direction, he brings extensive expertise in enhancing the reputation and enhancing the appeal of boutique hotels and luxury lifestyle settings..


Edward has accumulated more than 35 years of hands-on experience in commercial, fashion, and lifestyle production. He has collaborated with renowned global luxury brands such as Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Porsche, Ferretti Yachts, CRN Yacht, Inspirato, BMW, Bertram Yachts, The Bentley Group, as well as various luxury properties within Leading Hotels of the World and Small Luxury Hotels of the World.


Edward's creative vision and photography have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Tatler, Conde Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, Forbes, and Departures Magazine.


MICHAEL J. FRASER

Managing Partner & Chief Marketing Officer

A recognized marketing and branding specialist with a focus on luxury hospitality and lifestyle sectors, Michael devises impactful brand awareness strategies and campaigns for independently owned boutique hotels & resorts and luxury lifestyle environments. Michael's proficiency is evident in the renowned resort destinations in South Florida, the Caribbean, and other global locations.  As Managing Partner and Chief Marketing Officer of ENVISIONWORKS, he spearheads the firm's business development endeavors.


Michael's role also involves leading the strategic development and implementation of rebranding and repositioning initiatives for some of the industry's most reputable and influential hospitality brands. This includes overseeing the conceptualization, planning, and execution of comprehensive strategies to elevate their brand presence and market positioning, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of their respective industries.

As the former Executive Director of Marketing & Sales at The Puntacana Group in the Dominican Republic, Michael played a pivotal role in directing the marketing and branding efforts for Tortuga Bay, an Oscar de la Renta designed boutique hotel and a distinguished member of Leading Hotels of the World. His strategic initiatives were instrumental in helping the property achieve a prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award, solidifying its position as a premier luxury destination. During his tenure as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Sales for The Bentley Group in Miami’s South Beach, Michael spearheaded the branding and  introduction of a collection of ultra-luxury condominiums and boutique hotels that have defined the essence of luxury living in Miami's South Beach.


Additionally, Michael's extensive expertise in the hospitality industry was further evidenced during his roles as Director of Marketing & Sales at The Shore Club and Director of Sales at Ian Schrager’s Delano, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to drive sales and enhance the marketing strategies of these iconic establishments.
