A master of photography and refined creative direction, Edward has partnered with iconic global brands—from Ralph Lauren and Giorgio Armani to Porsche, Ferretti Yachts, CRN Yacht, BMW, and The Bentley Group—crafting campaigns that transcend convention. His work also spans celebrated luxury hotel collections, including Leading Hotels of the World, Relais & Châteaux, and Small Luxury Hotels.

Managing Partner & Chief Marketing Officer

Michael is a catalyst for brand distinction within the luxury travel and lifestyle sector, guiding globally renowned properties through narrative transformation and strategic repositioning.  As Managing Partner and Chief Marketing Officer of ENVISIONWORKS, he spearheads business development and leads high-impact branding initiatives for independently owned boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and lifestyle destinations across South Florida, the Caribbean, Europe, and beyond.


Michael’s career in luxury hospitality began at South Florida’s landmark properties, where he elevated sales and brand strategy at Ian Schrager’s Delano, a pioneer in experiential travel. He later led pre-opening branding for The Shore Club, shaping its market debut and introducing Miami’s first Nobu restaurant, the second global location after New York, cementing South Florida’s emergence as a world-class lifestyle destination.


As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of ENVISIONWORKS, Michael spearheaded the firm’s early partnership with The Bentley Group at the dawn of the digital age, pioneering online storytelling for ultra-luxury properties and setting the creative foundation for the agency’s global rise as a leader in digital hospitality branding.

This momentum continued when Grupo Puntacana engaged ENVISIONWORKS to unify its global marketing strategy across a portfolio of luxury assets. Under Michael’s executive leadership, the initiative spanned Tortuga Bay, the Oscar de la Renta–designed resort, honored with the AAA Five Diamond Award and membership in Leading Hotels of the World, Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and its private executive terminal, The Estates anchored by the Corales championship golf course and PGA Tour host, and the Caribbean’s first Six Senses Spa. Together, these efforts positioned Puntacana Resort & Club as a benchmark of elevated, experiential luxury.
