His career began at South Florida’s most iconic hotels, where he led experiential branding and sales strategy for Ian Schrager’s Delano, a trailblazer in boutique hospitality. He later directed the pre-opening narrative for The Shore Club, introducing Miami’s first Nobu restaurant—the second globally—and helping position South Florida as a world-class lifestyle destination.


Building on this foundation, Michael co-founded ENVISIONWORKS at the advent of the digital age to meet the evolving needs of luxury travel brands. The agency’s first retained client, The Bentley Group, marked a pivotal moment in online storytelling for ultra-luxury properties—ushering in a new era of editorial-grade content, cinematic visuals, and digital brand elevation.


His strategic leadership guided ENVISIONWORKS’ engagement with Grupo Puntacana, unifying global marketing across a portfolio of luxury assets—including Tortuga Bay, the Oscar de la Renta–designed AAA Five Diamond resort; Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and its executive terminal; The Estates at Corales, host of the PGA Tour; and the Caribbean’s first Six Senses Spa. These initiatives positioned Puntacana Resort & Club as a global benchmark in elevated hospitality and destination branding.
